Orthman Names Power Solutions Manager

Orthman Manufacturing, makers of agricultural implements, Soilmover scrapers, and industrial conveying systems, today announced the promotion of Brad Jorgenson, P.E., to General Manager of their new Power Solutions division. Jorgenson will be responsible for all business functions of the Division, including engineering, sales, marketing, and production.

"The Power Solutions Division is new to us, and will include our new wheeled loader product. And, we are certainly excited to have Brad head it up - his attention to detail, plus design and manufacturing expertise are a perfect fit to launch this new product line." said Orthman President & CEO John McCoy. The wheeled loader is a small-sized, articulating pay loader designed for agricultural and industrial use.

Brad JorgensonBrad grew up in Gothenburg, Nebraska, and attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln where he earned a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering. He earned an MBA from Wichita State University in 2004. He joined the Orthman team in 2006 as a Senior Design Engineer, was promoted to Engineering Manager of the Conveying Division in 2008, and was named Business Unit Manager in 2010. He and his wife, Lisa, live in Gothenburg with their 4 children, Emma, Madeline, Kai, and Axel.
